Shipping policy

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. All orders are custom-made to order, so please allow us time to carefully design and process your order. The design and processing time takes a minimum of 3 days before being dispatched for express shipping.

When will I receive my orders?

ARABPRINTS offers EXPRESS shipping to all countries worldwide. Depending on your location, we ship with DHL Express, UPS Express, DPD, TNT, or other local carriers. We partner with these premium carriers to provide tracking services. Delivery time frames vary from country to country, with delivery times typically ranging from 2-5 days for Europe and North America. Other regions may vary, but all shipments are trackable.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order and listing your items. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email with the shipment and tracking information. This notification will list all your items and include a "Track your order" link. Please follow this link to be redirected to your tracking info. Note tracking will only update once scanned by the shipping company; please allow 24 hours for this to update.

Are the delivery time frames guaranteed?

Please note the estimated delivery time frames provided at checkout and above are not guaranteed. These time frames are in place to give our customers an idea of delivery dates and should not be seen as 100% accurate. ARABPRINTS will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to courier issues.

What if I miss my delivery?

If you miss your delivery, you will receive a calling card from the shipping company with instructions on what to do next. Any items not delivered due to the recipient not being home will generally be returned to a local depot after the second delivery attempt. Items not collected from the depot will be returned to ARABPRINTS. We will then issue a refund of goods minus our postal charges and an admin fee for returned items. We advise customers to use an address where someone will be available to receive the item (home or place of work) as they will need to be signed for.

Which cargo company will ship my orders?

We send your orders with DHL Express assurance. We also use UPS, FedEx, DPD, TNT, or other logistics carriers, and tracking information will be emailed to you when your item is shipped.

Will I pay the shipping charge for my orders?

It depends on the quantity and price of the product you buy. You can see the shipping price at the checkout page before payment. All orders above 250 EUR/USD are eligible for free shipping. For orders below 250 EUR/USD, the shipping charge depends on your country but will not exceed 9.95 EUR/USD per order.

What are the customs and duties policies?

We ship your orders from Europe. For the USA, Canada, Europe, and the UK, we pay customs fees on behalf of the customer, so you will not pay any additional customs fees. For other countries, customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot determine what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We advise that you contact your local customs office to find out current charges before you order.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to ARABPRINTS due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or carrier. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees will all be deducted from any refund, gift card, or requested exchange due.

What if my parcel is undelivered?

Once your parcel leaves our facility, it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver your package to you. We have very little, if any, power to influence any non-delivered items. The carrier will explain their procedures as well as any compensation claim processes. We will always do our best to help this process along when contacted by the customer via sales@arabprints.co.

For all European and international orders, if your parcel is undelivered outside of the ETA time, please contact sales@arabprints.co. Please allow 10 days after the ETA time before requesting any form of re-delivery or refund. ARABPRINTS will always do our best to locate and update you on your delivery if needed.

Additional shipping information

We advise tracking your items and monitoring delivery before contacting us about the shipment. We offer an address lookup service during the checkout process. If the wrong address is provided by the customer, it may result in the item being shipped back to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all back and forth shipment charges. We require a phone number at checkout to make shipping and delivery more seamless. Please contact us before purchasing if any of this is a concern for you.
